we are happy to send knock products worldwide. all you need to do is add the international postage option to your cart and it will add the correct amount to your checkout total.
we use airsure (for preference where available) or international signed for. details for airsure can be found here
details & things to remember:
1 work or home address?
your purchase will need someone to sign for the package as all items are too large for a standard post box. please consider whether your home or work address is best for this.
2 double check the size of your tamper & basket before ordering!
changing tamper sizes internationally is very very expensive - for you. if you are not sure check sizes using a coffee forum in your own language (eg greekespresso.com, kaffeenetz.de, home-barista.com etc). your fellow coffee lovers know best. we will happily answer your questions as best we can if no one else is able to.
3 vat & tax, and customs
vat is automatically calculated for those buying from countries in the eurpean union, but not added for those outside - no refund will be required
we will only declare the correct value of the actual goods on any customs sheet.
please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs - please check with your national authority before purchase if you are unsure.
we are not aware of anyone yet having to pay customs fees on our goods but obviously this can't be guaranteed.
4 delivery and despatch
your order will leave within 2 days of your payment, unless otherwise stated on individual product listing. delivery aim for airsure is generally 5 working days, international signed for is at international standard delivery times: this is an aim not a guarantee though and times differ from country to country. these are small heavy packages though so they dont always travel as quickly as letters.
using your country's national postal service (la poste, usps, deutsche post, australian postal service etc) is
generally the most universal and cost efficient way of posting to you and they usually have the best network of collection depots and re-delivery options.
all that said we can't be held liable for delays caused by your national postal service - eg la post in france are notorious for their refusal to reliably deliver quickly. business addresses are sometimes better than home addresses in this case.
distance selling rules mean you have the right to return goods in the condition and packaging they were sent in within 14 days if you change your mind or they are not suitable - but you will have to pay the outgoing AND return post and will receive only the item costs as a refund (this applies to actual goods not postage purchases).
we will refund you completely or send a 2nd item if the goods have arrived damaged or there is a problem or mistake caused by us. we aim to be as fair as possible in this and will seek to negotiate with you to reach a happy settlement. however we reserve all rights to fight tooth and nail to protect our business and good name - sometimes it's necessary sadly but so far we've been lucky.
